As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across the Sony Central and Southeast European (SCSE) region, enhancing the online brand visibility of SONY, and driving sales through various online channels. In this role, you will be in charge of emphasizing the importance of digital marketing on local levels, along with the coordination and implementation of the central marketing strategy across countries in the Central and Southeast region. Additionally, your focus will also be on generating engagement and instilling a collaborative environment across the various channel marketing teams.

You will:

• Set, develop and implement digital marketing strategies for each country in the SCSE region
• Influence decision making and implementation on various levels
• Monitor all local budgets in the SCSE region and consolidate marketing related performance
• Collaborate closely with the Online Marketing, Channel Marketing, and PR teams
• Coordinate SONY’s online presence across different channels
• Drive engagement in an effort to increase our conversion rate
• Implement modern advertising tools in our workflows
• Analyze and report on campaign data

You will bring:

• At least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience (preferably in the technology sector)
• Enthusiastic attitude, with a strong affinity for leading by example
• Excellent skills in people & stakeholder management in a matrix organization
• Experience with project management, data analytics, and budget monitoring
• Strong digital knowledge & mindset
• English language is a requirement, knowledge of any other language in the region is a plus
