ROUST Hungary – Junior Event Manager – Jägermeister

Main responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation, operational execution, support and control of Jägermeister’ events: SWAT (hostess) Promotions, Party Events and Jäger Bar Events (in co-operation with Senior Brand Manager & On-Trade team)
• Support Senior Brand Manager at festival and event negotiations
• Execution of on-trade related activations
• Support and help to Jägermeister Presents Activities and POS (in co-operation with Senior Brand Manager & On-Trade team)
• Responsible for planning and excellent implementation of the agreed annual promotion & event calendar (in line with marketing/business plan), especially the execution and evaluation of brand promotions and events (conclusions, summary, recommendations)
• Understand the brand strategy and can translate that to the event platform
• Responsible for the delivery of promotional targets e.g. brand equity, reach, contact, CPT, any other KPI, ROI
• Ensure the continuous improvements in building brand equity (e.g. awareness, image, behaviour), as well as drive usage and consumption via promotional activities
• Control promotional activities and budget expenditure regularly within the parameters of agreed plans and budget for each activity/sub-activity, keep an accurate and current record of all budget expenditure in line with company and Brand Owner policy
• Fulfil administrative requirements of the role e.g. monthly meetings, monthly and other regular reports, evaluations and competitive reviews

You would fit into our team if you have:

• College or University degree in marketing or related field required
• At least 3 years working experience in event management or brand management or HRC area preferred from FMCG sector
• Professional level of English and Hungarian in written and verbal
• Pre- and post-evaluation of each brand promotional activities
• Excellent computer and reporting skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
