Web Content Strategists pozíció

NI is looking for a skilled web strategist to join our dynamic global B2B Marketing team as part of the Web Content group. This team is dedicated to crafting an engaging and innovative online experience that delivers significant value to our customers. In this role, you will manage and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion, revenue, task completion, and customer satisfaction, particularly in the high-impact areas of ni.com. Using a data-driven approach (both quantitative and qualitative), you’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to drive success. As a subject matter expert, you’ll collaborate with product partners to align with business goals, prioritize initiatives based on overall impact, and work alongside creative, SEO, marketing, and development teams to execute effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure web initiatives align with business goals, focusing on optimizing performance and conversion rates.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope and prioritize tasks, balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives to deliver timely results (MVP, trade-offs).
- Advise business stakeholders on UX and SEO best practices, maintaining flexibility to meet their needs while driving measurable results.
- Oversee and track web commitments, assess performance against targets, and implement corrective actions to bridge any gaps.
- Lead product launches, page optimization initiatives, and A/B testing using a user-centered design approach, analyzing user behavior and conversion funnels to identify opportunities, ensuring that research and design principles guide business solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Analytics, Operations, and technical teams to analyze and communicate the results and implications of web redesigns or tests.
- Support webinar execution by working with Events and Marketing Campaign teams to integrate promotional banners across ni. com and adapt strategies as needed.
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of ni. com pages for flagship events, ensuring effective event showcasing and a seamless user experience.
- Maintain and update documentation of processes and procedures for creating, updating, and optimizing ni. com pages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital or web strategy, project management, content strategy, or a comparable role.
- Demonstrated success in managing web projects, ideally within a B2B setting.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
- Keen attention to detail, with a talent for identifying errors and inconsistencies.
- Demonstrate initiative by recognizing opportunities for enhancement and independently advancing them, with keen intuition and solid judgment to ensure successful outcomes.
- Outstanding communication, writing, listening, and analytical skills, with proven ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Track record of delivering customer success while operating independently or collaboratively.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and work management tools like Workfront and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of fundamental SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of web development
- Advanced proficiency in web analytics and implementation of tracking systems.
