We are hiring this new position for our Creative Europe project aims to provide job opportunities for marginalized women in Kosovo, who in most cases are in a vulnerable position economically. By offering opportunities to generate income by producing clothes, accessories and home interior products, we lift them up, as well as their families, and in many cases, change the course of their lives.
The Project is to be launched in January 2024, so the Project Manager shall join in on the preparatory phase.
Although the project is planned for two years, we provide a long-term opportunity for our new colleague, as we plan to launch new projects in the near future.

Task:
- managing the implementation and administration of our Creative Europe project
- coordination of our partners from Kosovo, Albania and Hungary
- preparing and handing in the necessary reports with the support of our Finance Directorate
- building partnerships to generate new project opportunities
- disseminating of the project goals and results
Expectation:
- experience in direct EU funding programmes (application, management and reporting)
- likes challenges and has the ability to think ‘out of the box’
- advanced or proficiency level of English
- outstanding communication and networking skills
- ability to work in team and alone as well
- readiness to travel (driving license is good to have)
- experience in creative industry or women’s rights is a plus, but not required
- Hungarian language knowledge is not expected but appreciated
