Marketing Team Leader pozíció

 

Responsibilities:

  • As SYS Marketing Team Leader you’ll be in charge of IT Client Marketing, precisely meaning Notebooks, Desktops, All-in-One products, and smartphones, and services and accessories related
  • As a manager you need to be able to cover both Consumer and Commercial activities, have to be able to clearly differentiate them, and help the team to carry out activities, that are right for the selected target audience
  • You have to take responsibility of reaching marketing objectives and linked key results
  • As owner manage Country Marketing Funds, follow objectives, and deliver key results through the marketing team constant supervision and direction, set clear goals to reach marketing objectives
  • Check weekly execution, increase level of excellence and ROI by constant analysis of past campaign data
  • Lead existing marketing team, coaching team members, help to reach individual growth potential, if needed reorganise the team
  • Negotiate supply agreements (media buys, event costs, etc…)
  • Make sure budgets are utilized according to quarterly plans submitted
  • Visit wholesalers and reseller partners to understand their marketing objectives, and learn best practices and stay up-to-date with industry standards
  • Organise all kinds of events (reseller, end-user, incentive trip )
  • Communication with ASUS HQ including keeping all related systems and data up to date
  • Provide feedback from the market (market and competition development summary through existing tools)
  • Follow directions set by BDM/CH
  • Follow all internal and operative procedures.
  • Follow the rules of ASUS TECHNOLOGY.
  • To preserve the good name and the reputation of ASUS TECHNOLOGY and not to spread confidential information that concerns them.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • University degree in relevant field (Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, etc…)
  • Min 2 years experience in digital media, content creation and/or agency management
  • Previous work experience in media agency is a plus


Ideal candidate has:

  • a minimum of 2-3 years of Product Marketing
  • Either on vendor or reseller side
  • Preferably both on both B2B and Consumer Product Marketing
  • Have a proven track record of any of the two options above
  • People Management experience of minimum 2-3 years
  • Project Management experience of minimum 2-3 years


You need to be:

  • Self-learner and self-starter with ability to work with team members and alone as well
  • A hands-on Leader with willingness to be fully accountable for all aspects of his/hers team’s results
  • Experienced with marketing campaign creations and full execution, including online, social media, out of home, events, PR, content marketing, lead generation
  • Full understanding of marketing formulas/metrics for Awareness & Performance campaigns is a must
  • Full understanding of advertising platforms such as Google, Meta (FB/IG), Twitter & LinkedIn
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced work environment
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experienced in building and/or maintaining mid to senior level relationships for future business benefits for ASUS
  • Experienced and successful with price negotiation with all types of media owners
  • Aware of Hungary’s IT HW Distribution & SI/VAR channel partner eco-system, key players, and relationships
  • Self-learner, determined, flexible and creative person
  • Ability to quickly adopt to change
  • Reliable and trustworthy person
