Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual brand plan development.
  • Business KPI planning and monitoring, initiate actions.
  • Lead annual budgeting and continuous monitoring.
  • Strategic responsibility for all consumer facing communication materials.
  • Annual media planning and strategic partnerships.
  • Agency partnership management, tendering.
  • Lead Restaurant Experience projects.
  • Design and execute New Product Development Calendar based on intrenational lead and with Purchasing department.
  • NPD development and lead execution of product finalization.
  • Plan and execute image and product launch campaigns with the help of the JBM/TRAINEE.
  • Develop offline Brand Communication strategy.
  • Develop TV and Cinema assets.
  • Lead Digital Menuboard content management.
  • Lead the Home delivery chanel strategic co-operation.
  • Actionable competitive monitoring.
  • Keep contact with Burger King International, leverage international best practices.
  • Continous review and lead of Operations and restaurant execution projects.

Required skills:

  • Education: MA/BA Degree, business, preferably marketing
  • Min 5-8 years of Brand Management, Product Management experience, preferably food/FMCG/Retail sector.
  • Proven track-record of developing brand and marketing strategies and ability to translate into tangible and easy to understand plans and tactics. Leading strategy implementation and delivering stellar business value and growth.
  • Proven track record in media planning for omnichannel, big budget brands.
  • Proven ability to initiate research and drive results based on customer needs and insights.
  • Proficient Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical ability to breakdown complex problems and translate to actionable business insights.
  • Customer focused – guest first approach.
  • Team worker.
  • Leadership experience – managing smaller teams.
  • Proficient in cross functional project management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to develop close relationships with internal and external partners.
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership.
